Masons Restaurant Bar is one of Manchester’s hidden gems, offering superlative service and the very best food and drinks in an informal, relaxed atmosphere. Along with our unique venue, the quality of the dining experience we offer is a major factor in choosing Manchester Hall, whatever the occasion may be. Masons’ ethos is to provide independently farmed, locally sourced and creatively prepared food. Our restaurant caters for a plethora of requirements – from breakfast planning meetings, entertaining clients at lunch or enjoying a romantic evening meal.
Vanitas is a glamourous late night bar located on the ground floor of our iconic building in the heart of Manchester’s city centre. Inspired by the 17th century artist genre, the name ‘Vanitas’ draws from the symbolic themes around the inevitability of death and the transience and vanity of earthly pleasures and achievements. Vanitas puts a positive twist on history, focusing on celebrating and enjoying life.
With restaurants in Edinburgh and across London, Manchester Hall is home of Dishoom’s first North West location.
Tying together the history of the old Irani cafés of Bombay with the India’s rich Freemasonry heritage, Dishoom offers an all-day menu of classic Irani cuisine with an array of dishes to suit all palates – some exclusive to Manchester.
Housed in the ‘old garage’ of Manchester Hall and in its first venue in the north, Honest Burgers serves up freshly prepared British beef patties prepared in their own butchery with homemade rosemary chips, cut and cooked daily. Some burgers are native to their Manchester restaurant using ingredients from nearby food heroes.
Alongside this, they also serve locally sourced beers from neighbouring breweries. On weekends they have the Runaway Taproom with their very own roof terrace.
